Diskspace is made up of the following things:

1) Everything you upload to the FTP server (private, wwwroot and any other folders you make under the main ftp tree)
2) Log files created by the web server (which are parsed to produce your statistics).
3) eMail waiting to be downloaded on the Mail Server

Most customers will receive a Diskspace Warning eMail for one of the two main reasons:

1) You have never deleted any log files, and either have a very busy website (producing a log file in excess of a few megabytes every day) or have never deleted them and have been with us a very long time!
2) You have given someone an eMail account, and let them use the WebMail, and they never delete any eMail.

It can be hard to guage who is using lots of disk space with eMail, as there is no interface to see this within HELM, however feel free to contact Support, and they will let you know the mailbox sizes for you.
To create a database, access your domain and click on Database Manager, then Add New.
If your hosting plan allows it, you will see an option for mySQL above Access, select the radio button next to that. Give the database a name and click on Save.
If your plan doesn't have a mySQL Database, or you want an additional Database, you can purchase one from the Extra Features Icon under Packages, or contact Support.
You will then need to add a database user, click on Add New at the bottom of the page and give it a username and password. Click on save.

Congratulations, you have added a mySQL database!
